Hey, I'm Fran...

I am a qualified Personal Trainer & Strength and Conditioning Coach.

I am passionate about health & fitness. I have played team sport at an International level in Hockey & in 6 aside Football. Strength and Conditioning has always factored in the sports I have played.

I have learned 1st hand the benefits it can have on your mind and body I am determined to motivate people to live happier and healthier lives.

I do this by giving you flexible online training options to improve your mental health, physical health and nutrition.
